[MN] Messiah's Thursday night exercise session

Hello.  Just wanted to say thanks to those of you who came to Thursdays workout.  Please let me know if you have any suggestions for myself or Curtis.  Next time we will have more room and more time to switch from one station to the other.  Hopefully we will get others to join us in the upcoming weeks. 

For those of you who haven't joined us yet, the decision was made that if the turn out is 10 or more it will cost $5.00.  If it is 9 or less it will be $10.00.  It is a good workout and you will learn alot.  So please join us on Thursday at 6:30.  Feel free to contact me with any questions shaneandkelly at wi.rr.com 553-9035.
