Ladies Craft Night

Don't forget we are having a craft night at church on this Friday, April 4th at 5:00 pm.  Come knit, quilt, sew, stamp, scrapbook, whatever it is you do or want to learn.  For that matter even if you don't do a craft come eat and socialize.  Consider it a ladies night out.  Please bring an appetizer, dip, or munchie to share.  Please call or email me with any questions.


Workout with the trainer

We've set up the first workout session for Thursday April 10th from 6:00- 7:30 pm.  There will be a half hour available for questions directed to Curtis (the trainer).  These questions can be personal or concerning the workout. The actual workout will be from 6:30 - 7:30.  Feel free to just show up, however it would be easier if I know who will be there.  Please remember the fee will be between $ 5 - 10 depending on how many people show up.  Obviously the more people the cheaper it will be.  So it's up to all of you to help get people to join us.  If Thursdays or the time choosen does not work for you please let me know and maybe we can arrange an alternate day or time.
