[MN] Messiah blog?

Under our new and improved web site (just about to go online) also  
allows us to do things like create custom blogs and the like.  Here  
is an example of one:

This is something I've been fiddling around with.  So here is the  
question:

Do any of you think it would be worthwhile to make a blog that  
messiah members could write on?  We could make a blog that could have  
multiple authors (anyone from church), and it could be used to share  
news and information, part of it could be password protected if  
necessary for sharing pictures, sharing links and the like.
